CO-FOUNDER

Francesca is a strategic marketing leader specializing in brand strategy and content marketing. Before co-founding Mariner11 with Dan, Francesca founded ConiferCo in 2018. There, she served as a Fractional CMO to SMBs, startups, and nonprofits, and led outsourced marketing teams across social media, email marketing, and content creation.

Francesca understands what businesses need at different growth stages, having worked in-house at nonprofits, startups, and established corporations, plus at an agency. This includes organizations ranging from The Kennedy Center to a medical device startup to Clark Construction, giving her perspective on both sides of the client-agency relationship. 

At Mariner11, Francesca brings this diverse background to help SMBs build authentic brands that drive sustainable growth, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Francesca received her A.B. magna cum laude from Princeton University and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Francesca lives in Potomac, MD–just outside of Washington, DC–with her husband Ari and their three children. She’s a maker at heart: you can find her baking unicorn cakes, running a Free Little Art Gallery in her neighborhood, or making collages with her kids.
