CHALLENGE

Bulow Jewelers, a boutique custom jeweler in Denver, CO, is known for exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. However, their website fell short of reflecting the same level of quality. Our challenge was to transform the site into a powerful tool for attracting qualified leads and bring more private clients into the store, all with the goal of driving more sales.

SOLUTION

May 2023 - April 2025

Bulow Jewelers engaged us to get more out of their website. Through web content creation, CRO, SEO and brand new product photography, we helped them 4X their website’s effectiveness.

✔ Local SEO

Optimized all page content with local SEO keywords, updated image alt tags and compressed images, and fixed URL crawling and indexing issues.

✔ CRO

Imported reviews on website, added additional forms customized to product pages, optimized existing forms to increase form submission rate, and redid site navigation.

✔ New Web Content

Added 7 new product category pages—such as Custom Wedding Bands and Ring With Your Own Diamonds—to better highlight common customer requests and rank for more keywords.

✔ Brand & Product Photoshoot

Partnered with a professional retail photographer to redo all of the brand, in-store and product photography to better reflect the beauty of their pieces and warmth of their staff.
